steam engine shell?

if i buy a new steam engine shell form bachmann does it come with  the bell and whistle on the santa fe 4-8-4 shell

If it is cast-on-as in plastic-thenit will come with q bell and whistle.  Further questions specific to an particular locomotive shell, might best beanswered by Bac hmann themselves.  Good Luck.
