best way to order parts

I'm looking to order new counterweights for my Spectrum 1:20.3 K-27 that I received for Christmas from my wife (has original run loose ones) along with some box car door stops that were missing. So far I have left a voice mail per the instructions and written an email with no response. I am used to a business environment with relativity quick response, is longer than a week the norm with no response? Let me know if there is a better way to order parts, as I am concerned that both my e-mail and v-mail have found their way to the abyss!
