This is probably as good a place as any as long as you don't overdo it since it's not a Bachmann product. Hornby owns Rivarossi; they have an excellent site with access to their entire range. There are also at least two bulletin boards:

               http://www.newrailwaymodellers.co.uk/Forums/viewforum.php?f=1
               http://www.trainboard.com/grapevine/archive/index.php/t-52591.html

I'm sure you'll find many other resources if you do a search.

Go to a website called "HOSeeker".  Their Literature section, has catalogs and diagrams of many older locomotives.

I peaked through the Rivarrossi section and didn't find a 4-8-4.  But I only looked for a minute.

You may have to pour through each catalog to find your target.  Just a tip:  AHM was the same as Rivarrossi for practical purposes.

I may have to check that out too if there's an O scale section...still looking for the "motor and metal drive tires" accessory kit for my old AHM/Riv O scale Indiana Harbor belt 0-8-0 switcher kit...not holding my breath on that find though.   ;D

ahm marketed rivarossi in north america, but they weren't the same. ahm also marketed other lines such as mehano some of which were of extremely poor quality. do not assume that because it came in an ahm box it is a rivarossi product.

ahm later became ihc, which is now out of business.
