How do you disconnect the tender from the engine on a K 4 Steamer? Don dlw33

Pretty simple. Turn the loco and tender upside down in a cushioned cradle. Gently pry the plug out of the receptacle with a small jewelers screwdriver. Never, yank on the wires.
