Dynamis configuration

Hello everybody, I have a problem in using the Dynamis controller, the club. It does not make our communications with the base. It has Wireless system and cordless phone. Sera that may be so, there is some setting that can solve this problem. At home it works ok.

They speak Portuguese in Brazil, not Spanish.
