Question:  My brother has a train car, Conrail CR 21655 that needs repairs - need
wheels on the bottom of the car.  How or where can I get this repaired and its cost?

it would greatly help if you'd post pictures of the car and the damaged area. repairs may be a simple diy project using some inexpensive parts, or it may be quite a bit more involved. without seeing the condition of the actual car we can't tell you for sure.
