A decent professional paint job will cost at least $100 and it can easily go to more than twice that. The loco isn't worth such an outlay. I suggest
that you use the money to purchase an air brush and a little compressor and teach yourself to use it. Or, save a little money by buying an air tank
instead of a compressor and fill it at a gas station.

If you only want it renumbered, that's easy to do and if you Google "renumbering model locomotives" you will get lots of hits, incuding YouTube videos.

i have 3  bachmann  union pacific overland  4-8-4 i want  to get all 3 to look different right i can't tell witch one is witch

Changing number decals is no big deal. Use Roger's Inet resource and you'll be on top of it.
