How do you get the parts dept to answer email ?

I've sent 2 emails and heard nothing
also sent a service request and heard nothing
I can't call because i am mute due to throat cancer

Ideas any one ?

Your best bet in your case would be to have either a relative or friend call there regular number on you dime and be sure to ask for bridget' she was the best person to contact there.
you could try a letter to bachmann with addressed ....attention Bridget also.
email requests to them usually seem to get very few responses for some reason.

i finally got an answer from
Cynthia about 1 hour ago 
but the sad news is they are still awaiting the part to arrive
from the mfg
