Connecting a second independent track layout to the Bachmann DCC Controller

How do you plug in a second E-Z track Power wire for an independent track layout to the E-Z Command DCC?  Is there an E-Z Track Red power wire Splitter?  I want two active tracks, separate from eachother, on the layout.

I'm using E-Z Track Steel Alloy

probably the easiest way to do it is to splice the wiring for the second track into the wiring harness to the first track.
