Locomotive scale

I'm new to Williams products and am wondering how I can tell the scale of your items that are for sale in your online catalog, especially your locomotives.  I'm interested in buying an O-scale F3.

Near 1/48, Classic O

Most of the Williams engines are near full scale size, except the Pennsy S-2, as it might be a little smaller than a scale Hudson.
The new Peter Witt streetcar I have not seen in person, so I don't know for sure on that one.
