Do Bachmann have a wiring diagram to wire in the PCB board that thy sell

For one thing, you did not mention which PC board.
From a few that I looked at, they have labels on the PC board and if you have knowledge of the DCC wiring codes/colors,PC board labels, this should not be a problem. They appear to be for specific applications. I will make an assumption that they come with instructions.
You have to be more specific and what do you plan to install the PC board in? Your question leads me to believe, not what the board is interned for.
