Does anyone know of any websites that show the disassembly of the engines step by step? ??? I killed percy and thomas a couple of years ago because i forced them apart :o :'( Im thinkin about converting my engines to DCC.

Well, on tone of these threads is a step by step for Henry which can be adapted for Thomas.   Use the assembly instructions that came with the engine.
