Williams by Bachmann Bulkhead Flatcars

Can't seem to get a concrete answer on this question, Are the "decks" on the B&O, C&O and Ill. C cars painted a dark grey similar to that of the SF, UP, Conrail & WM cars.........?? Depending on which dealer photots you are looking at, some appear to be painted gray, yet from the photo angle in the catalog, they do not. And, just to be on the safe side, I'd like to varify that the deck on the NYC car is NOT painted a contrasting color at all................??

None of the dealers I've approached will break the shrink wrap to find out, unless you purchase it, and if you are not interested in purchasing it if the deck ISN'T painted, it's a double edged sword.
