Setting top speed on 2-8-0

My new 2-8-0 with Tsunami decoder is fantastic! It runs and sounds great, however it runs too fast and I cannot find a CV to change just this feature.
Can it be done as in other decoders?

Dear Bruce,
Yes, it can. There should be a CD in the box with all the CVs listed. look under the Backing below the plastic cradle.
