Do I need to ask for a return matrial Authorization before sending my 4-6-0 Connie in for repair?

If it is a warrenty repair, contact Bachmann by email or phone before sending something to them, get a repair number or tracking number. Make sure Bachmann knows it is coming to them for repair.
Just because you have it signed for with the postal service means very little.
