Bachmann HO Dynamis Turnouts

Why does my system's turnouts forget their programmed settings whenever I program a new loco? What am I doing wrong?

Hunt: Thx for responding: I called the # at Bachmann on a Monday morning at 10:00 & got an human response immediately!!! I was told earlier that I should program my LOCOs on the main track but to use the service track program. The guy I talked to today said that whenever I program a LOCO that the decoders in the turnouts pick it up. Therefore the turnouts are trying to respond to the LOCO program. All I have to do is program all of the LOCOs, THEN program the turnouts!!!
