Hi,I have a HO engine how do you remove body to do maintain it?

What model?? Steam or deisel??
Some times the screws are under the fuel tank and sometimes at the bottom of a deep hole around the tank on diesels.

For future reference: There are literally hundreds, many hundreds, of locomotive models from dozens of manufacturers in a long list of countries. Some are current merchandise; others are years or decades old. So ... please give us information like type of loco (not just steam, electric or diesel!), manufacturer, age, DC vs DCC, and so on. That's the best way to tap the broad range of expertise on this board. And the best way to get the authoratative information you need.
