jewel cases for "n" scale

I have purchased many n-scale products from a Bachmann distributor out in Texas for over a year now.I have a number of jewel cases (5) that arrived with cracks.Will Bachmann re-place these or do I need to go thru the distributor.Thanks

I would be surprised if either would simply replace them for you at no charge if that is what you are asking.

I also buy from a Texas Company I'm surprised there are any cracked cases they seem pretty tough and the Texas company I buy from is pretty careful, but as mentioned I would be surprised if the warrented the box in any way at all, since it is just the box.

I don't know of any model company that will replace damaged packaging.
Atlas, Micro-trains, and other manufacturers offer the jewel cases separately.
From time to time you can also catch them on eBay and at train shows.
