Turnout stopped working

One of the turnouts on a signle crossover has stopped working when I use the remote switch.  It is completely dead.  All  the wiring is still in place, and the switch works fine on other turnouts.

What could have gone wrong?  Has this happened before?  Is it an easy fix?

Brand of turnout?

Saying a turnout has stopped working is like saying your car has stopped working without giving us the name of the car.

Sorry... it's a Bachmann single crossover on grey track bed.
