Maintenance of trains.

The "very short" manual I received with my train (exactly the same as the one on this web site) does not explain "how to" lubricate the axles and clean the brushes.  There is a parts drawing, however it does not give a step by step on how to remove whatever to get at these parts. Is there information of this sort on this web site?
