DCC sounds

Hi, new to the site but have a question about DCC sounds. I have a 2-8-4 Berkshire, the lights and such work fine with the controller but was wondering if sounds are included or need to be added.thanks!

The Berk is a great candidate for the Soundtraxx/Tsunami Heavy Steam Decoder, TSU-1000.

If this is your first installation, this loco and sound unit fit well together, but it's not quite plug-and-play.  There is a little soldering involved.

Along with the decoder, you will need to purchase the 1"/28mm speaker and an 8-pin plug for the decoder receptacle.
