Window Treatment

I have people say they want full seats in pass cars.  Others want the strips with the people on them.

But I have an idea.  If you are on the ground, you really cannot see into the car.  To me, then, it might be easier to have some sort of windows or strips as windows on the cars without any people on them.

What do you think?

In my opion having miniture figuires in a passenger car looks better than a window strip, sure it costs more but looks more realistic to me.
O gauge figuires may be too large, so try either S or H.O. gauge figuires, I have done this with a couple of K-Line passenger cars.
