HO Product information PLEASE HELP!

Hello all!  

When i enter the product information area of the website and i got into HO there is a section known as motive power. All the locos there are $80 each but i am rather confused. With these locomotives are they dummies or the real deal? And are they DC powered?

Desperate for answers please reply in any way possible.

Yes they are powered. Read all the details. The on board  decoder and on board sound decoder are dual mode, DC and DCC. If DCC ready or no mention of DCC on board, they are only DC. Not really difficult at all to understand. The manuals for the locos are also on this site. Take some time to look though all the site.
The DCC on board also come with a adapter to remove the decoder and run strictly on DC.

If Bachmann sells dummy locos, I am not aware of it.
