cv list for bachmann decoders

Got a new HO RS3 but the enclosed documentation does not give any info for programming the decoder. Is there a cv list for bachmann decoders?

Here is the manual for the basic Bachmann decoder.

I believe this is the one used in the DCC on Board RS 3.
