By the way, a picture is worth a thousand words. A picture of your loco in the first message would have helped you a lot. Consider that in the future. Your PC is a powerful device if you make more use of it.
There are people here who can guide you in how to post pictures here.
Many issues here could be solved a lot easier and maybe even sooner if users posted pictures.

Appreciate everyone's comments.  The front trucks were reversed and shorting everything . Jim and Jonanthan's comments and solutions worked perfectly. Maybe Virginia will have a Christmas village afterall.
