Bachmann new engine with wheels locked up

as above ..the wheels are locked up..its the linkage connecting the drivers...the problem is ...I've sent it to Bachmann 3 times for repair and it returned to me ...not working..the last time one of the driver wheels was loose inside the box...so HELP...what do you guys suggest I do now...I've spent about $35 for postage plus the cost of the engine and it doesn't run.. yet....looking forward to some response...thank you..
