Help!

Hello all. I need help! My Bachmann Thomas doesn't move! I have no idea why it doesn't work. I first found this out when I wanted to use it. It couldn't pull Annie and Clarabel and it didn't move when it had nothing. I tried giving it a push and it still didn't work. Please help!

Maybe you should try cleaning the wheels or looking inside it.

Well, I got it for Christmas last year but had to wait a very long time before I could run it, because I needed an Australian adapter.

First,  Make sure that the track is "Live"  by running other locomotives on it.  If other trains run fine on the track, make sure the wheels are not dirty, make sure the track is not dirty, and make sure that there is nothing on the track (metal of any kind,  wire, string, etc).   And finally,  make sure that the wheels aren't clogged up with carpet fluff or anything like that.

Are the other locos Australian locos by chance?

No. I only own Thomas, James and Donald. And I got them from Ebay.
