44579 Crossing Gates

Hello,
I'm designing a working crossing gate with flashing lights.  Will this product allow light installation and are the gates capable of movement?  I will supply the servo.

I did one like that using the new ez track gate. I had an old version with the lights and bells so I removed the lights and glued them to the ez track gates. The wires on the vintage gates actually ran on the outside of the lower gates but I made a little tube and fished the wires thru. I have not had enough time to figure out how I am going to do the bells as the vintage set had pressure contact points that supplied the power as the train rolled thru. The gates work in the same manner when the loco hits the pressure plate over the track it lowers the gates.
