Turnout Control Wiring

Bachman turnouts come with a 2 ft long green triple wire with a female plug on the end.  How do you extend the length of this cable?

Thanks Hunt.  I did make an extension but the triple green wire is so fragile it seemed like a pre-made extension would be better.  Thanks for the HO idea.
