Once again your service is overall the best ever!. I purchased a Norfolk Southern GP50 from a LHS and brought it home and the instant I set it on the track it started smoking and buzzing. I called Tom in service because this was an older engine that had been sitting on the shelf for a long time according to LHS and was worried about not being able to get the same model back.

I sent the engine back on Oct.13. It arrived in Pa. Oct.17. It's now Oct.25 and is up in running on my layout!!

Great job by your service dept. and a big thanks to Tom.
