What is min radius for coming B&O EM-1?

The tender alone will not negotiate 18" radius.

Is this because the trucks make contact with stirrup steps or some other underfloor object, do not rotate far enough, or are too long themselves to clear 18"? Thank you.

If I had to guess I would say the later, with the trucks actually being too long, it could be both though.
