Yes. I've heard of NMRA.
I've looked and can't find any reference to the required height of track mounted on plastic roadbed, nor can I find found any reference to the required of thickness of cork roadbed.
Can you point me to the specific sections in the NMRA code dealing with this? I must have overlooked them.
Feel like a Mogul.
