question for the Bach man

Hi
Before I start, let me explain that I am  new to the hobby......I bought a Bachman class 20 loco (it has numbers 32-025
and 20063 on the box). A hook is missing off the front coupling and I want to replace the whole coupling but I cant see how to remove the old one.....can you help please
