2-6-0 Help Please

Hello I need help with my 2-6-0 Moguls. I'm wanting to pickup track power in the Tender for my sound systems. I see that Bachmann has lighted cabooses, butt no trucks in the parts Catalog. So any Ideas on this with out add a lot drag to the wheel sets.

Thanks Harold that answers all my questions I wish I had seen your sight befor I started. I have one decoder in the loco. And now a sound decoder in the tender we will see how it works. I will do my next one like yours.

Just to add in I used Harold's method for equiping my 2-6-0 with sound dcc from the website and it runs and sounds great, the wiring through the back of the weight down below the cab looks great.
