the royal gorge train set

wanna buy it on amazon for 104 bucks but is the b unit powered or not and is it dcc ready? and do the passenger cars light up? and how is it should i get this or the chattanooga train set. and btw did bachmann buy out tyco or not im confused please help and i love tyco trains and bachmann trains GO LIONEL!!!!! HO of course.

Both the A&B are powered, it is not DCC ready, the cars are lighted.
The item description says: powered F7-A locomotive with operating headlight, powered F7-B locomotive, passenger cars feature lighted interior.

oh ok thanks but what about the chattanooga set is it the better buy or is the royal gorge a better buy and does the royal come with any really special things thats worth 100 dollars just throwing that out there.

I would buy neither. I would buy a 2-8-0 if I were you.
