N E-Z track cross over

Can anyone please advise how I isolate the two tracks on a cross over in E-Z track as neither of the turnouts seem to isolate the other parallel line to allow two non DCC trains to run and be powered on the separate loops

At the moment whichever the turnouts are set the other track seems live.
