4-4-0 Decoder and other questions

the CV&WS train show is next week, and i want to run my Bachmann Spectrum 4-4-0, but the whistle really needs to be turned up. Last time i tried it didn't work. I think it had something to do with not knowing the right decoder?

What is the sound decoder in it and what CV numbers do i need to know?

alright. First thing i'll make sure i change the whistle to the B&O 3 chime.

The main problem was you could barely here the whistle over the chuffing.
