Terminal track for auto reversing system item 44547

 Bachmann auto reversing track System Item # 44547
All I need is the auto reversing terminal track section (the track section that the power wire runs out of).   I have all the other components that work so I hate to have to buy the whole new system to replace one piece of track. Parts dept says this is not an item that is sold by its self. 



Today I came across the terminals item # 44597
Would this item # 44597 work as terminal tracks for the 44547 auto reversing track set?

I am pretty certain that it would not work unmodified, but as far as modifications go, you would be asking the wrong person. The item you mentioned is intended for use with DCC reverse sections or loops, not point to pint reversing sections.
