Getting Annoyed at #4 remote turnouts

I cannot figure out exactly what you're supposed to do with the HO remote turnouts. The solenoids just buzz a little bit and don't move. Can someone tell me how to set it up in case I got it wrong?

I have the DCC controller so would it be on that or a seperate power pack?


Thanks for your info! I spliced it into the power pack and it works great!
