I doubt they'd release Arthur because of how he is now hardly ever seen, after all he is not one of the most popular characters, but I could be wrong however.

you don't have to tell me whats a word and whats not besides I'm australian I get the british narrations and I'm pretty sure it was in the british dub of the episode EDIT woops I forgot to type something in front of that

It was chortled. Same in both versions. Chunted is not a word and would not be said on a kids show because it teaches improper language.

I've seen it happen it was a hit episod were rusty gets stuck and one of the narrow guage engines says: we heared your horn
