DCC Locomotve Lurches

Hi. I have installed an EZ 1 amp DCC decoder in a  25757 On30 Climax.  The Climax occasionally lurches a few inches whenever my new 28901 4-6-0 w/DCC sound runs on a nearby siding.  I am using a Bachmann 44902 controller.  The address of the Climax is #6 and the 4-6-0 is #3.  (No problem with a 25657 Shay using the same model decoder at address #1)

Any thoughts?

Try setting the decoder cv29 to dcc operation only.
