If you have a double loop that the loops are close together on one track. can you use one Bachmann reversing loop module for both???

Thanks in advance

I use it for both, I just set it up as directed then ran a pair of wires to the other isolated loop to power it and it works fine. the only hick-up I could imagine is if you were running two loco's and they both crossed the gaps at the same time then it could cause a short condition. but I only run one loco so I've had no issues.

Like the guy before me said if 2 trains will be in the loop at the same time, you should go with 2 modules, otherwise one would be okay.

Thanks Guys,
I may start with one and if it end up useing 2 trains on that line will upgrade to 2...

Thanks again

are you saying that you have a single track with a loop at each end? if so, you only need one autoreverse module. just connect it to the single track instead of the loops at either end......

Jward,
That is a simpler way to put it, as long as he knows to connect the main feed wires to both loops.
