Tsunami system

I have an Intermountain cab forward with the Tsunami dcc system an cannot get it to work on my Bachmann EZ Command system. The lights come and that is it. Called Intermountain they had no idea but tried to help. Called Soundtraxx they could,t help either so here I am.

This is a brand new engine it is supposed to be set at 03 loc.  I have the EZ command system that has CV system settings but. I don't seem to be able to set the train back to factory just the remote control.  There must be a way but I can't find my manual right now. The only thing on the train is that the lights come on.

I have the dynamos system I have tried ti reset CV 8 but nothing happens.
