How to lubricate steam Locomotive (Italy) #3474,...I haven't used it in about 30 years runs a little but stops,...What lube on gears and what to clean gunk off wheels?Thanks,... Joe Westchester/NY

Moisten a non-fibrous cloth with isopropyl alcohol or track cleaning solution and wipe all metal parts off. Remove the old grease and lube before re-lubing with a plastic compatible lube.
