Bachmann 2-6-2 Prairie Loco

I have an older 2-6-2 with a bad gear set. The power is delivered to the rearmost set of drive wheels, not the center set as in the newer 2-6-2. The plastic gear spins freely and will not drive the wheels. Does Bachmann have a fix for this problem?

Contact the service department to see if they have the parts you need. If not they will probably tell you to send it in for repair or replacement.
