We do not sell to the public and we would not sell even at a discount a damaged item.

There's obviously a misunderstanding, as parts are posted on line.
Call the service department and speak to the manager.
If she can't help, there are several dealers who sell Plasticville parts.

Last night I went to my LHS, New York Central Toys & Trains in Mishawaka IN, and Jay & Len hooked me up with the complete kit for a great price; I'm good for now and have pieces left over for the next kitbash.

FYI...I was going to upload a picture of what I'm using the kit for, but it said the repository is full

Hi Bach-man,

Here's some irony for you....
The kit I purchased at my LHS [mentioned above] had 2 C/D walls instead of 1 A/B and 1 C/D wall. I put in a request just now for Service to send me the correct wall....This kitbash has become one of my more interesting MRR sagas.

Bachmann replaced the whole kit. Great response to a small issue. It continues to reinforce why I have Plasticville models on my layout.  Thank you!
