I have a 1:20.3 45 Ton Diesel looking for some electrical help.
1st problem is there is 2 resistors on the bottom of the DCC board that are burnt. I can not tell what size the are.
2nd problem is on circut board G818x-pc805. What size is capacitor c11, M2a and M2b. I think it was a resistor.

Or what can I do just to use track power only? Do I need to do anything special?

You can remove the board and jumper the wires to the board from the trucks to the wires that go back to the motors in the trucks.  If your lights are affected you can run wires from the jumper connections to the lights.  The lights are LED's so be sure you put a 1000 OHM resister in the light circuit to avoid burning out them out.

I bypass the little springs in the trucks and hardwire the trucks.  You will need to solder the wires directly  to the contacts on the trucks, but it is worth the effort in better electrical performance.
