HO Bachmann 2-6-0 mogul w/smoke and tender

This unit is brand new and only smoked for 5 turns around the track. No instructions on how to use the smoke feature other then what the Retailer told me. Start off with 4-5 drops of smoke fluid and when smoke stops add another 4 drops. This worked fine for the first time but now nothing happens and I think it is defective. How do I get this repaired?

it may not need a repair it may be a clog

blow a small breath down the smoke stack and this should remove the clog if it still doesn't work call bachmann service
