Hornby Ho Locomotive, does Bachmann support or know where to go for support?

I have a Hornby Mallard in Ho, but it finally needs some support/repair work on it. Does Bachmann support/repair Hornby? If not, how do I find them, as i have already tried and got nowhere.

Hornby is mostly in the UK. I have about 30 Hornby engines and they are very good.
What type of problem are you having??  They are not that hard to fix.
Tender drive or engine drive? You will be able to order parts from the UK if you need them. Hornby is actually OO gauge but run on HO track.
Newrailwaymodellers.co.uk has a forum for hornby.
