Whitepass & Yukon Observation car

I am a novice at Gscale.
I have a Jackson Sharp Observation Car Bachmann # 89394.
My question is ..how do I relace the light bulb thats on the rear railing (the round sign).When taking  the sign off the rail broke the bulb and broke the wire connection to the bulb housing. I tried to solder the wires back to the housing but with the bad eyes and probably wrong soldering iron its not working.
Can anyone help?

Hard to help without seeing the problem.  I have bad eyes as well, but with my tools I might be able to do it.  Perhaps you have a young friend with good eyes who could do it.   Bachmann can send you a bulb.

If you have a local hobby shop with repair service they might help. 

If you live west of St Louis Mo, I would be wiilling to do it for you!
